こんにちは！本日もリスニング日和ですね！
今回のリスニング日和は、米国第2次トランプ政権で起用されたキャロライン・リービットさんの報道官デビュー会見です。歴代最年少27歳の報道官誕生ということで話題になりました。ホワイトハウス報道官というと、クリアな発音で分かりやすくアナウンスする能力は言わずもがな、歴戦の記者の質問を裁き、政権の立場を戦略通りに言語化していくという高い能力の持ち主。“しゃべる”ということがいかに難しいか日々実感している私から見て、最高に頭脳明晰な人たちですし、表情立ち居振る舞いまで人々の目にさらされながら仕事をこなすわけで、想像を絶しますよ・・・それでも色々世間から言われるんだから厳しい世の中です。

・一語一句同じでなくても、意味が同じなら別の表現を使ってもよいです。自分のスピーキングが正しい文法になっているか自信がない場合はオウム返しの方が安心。
